Maersk and Viaservice Launch Container Financing Platform in Kenya
Viaservice-Ke and Maersk have signed a strategic alliance to simplify container management in Kenya through the Viaservice Container Solution (VCS) platform. The solution enables the rapid release of containers without traditional deposits, improving business liquidity. Tito Okuku, Maersk's Managing Director for Eastern Africa, highlighted that the alliance supports working capital management and facilitates smoother trade flows in the region.
