Tandanor Completes Repair of Oil Tanker Helios After Collision in Campana
The Argentine shipyard Tandanor has completed the comprehensive repair of the oil tanker Helios, a vessel measuring 145 meters in length and 23 meters in beam, following its collision with the chemical tanker Ginga Bobcat in the Port of Campana in May 2026. The intervention included structural recovery, renewal of propulsion systems, comprehensive hull treatment, and exhaustive quality controls. The chemical tanker involved in the accident was also repaired by Tandanor, with its completion in early July.
