Logistics company Jadlog reached 5,500 service points in Brazil, combining franchises and PUDOs (Pick Up/Drop Off), with a presence in 100% of the country's municipalities. After completing that stage of nationwide coverage, the company announced that its next goal is proximity: ensuring that every consumer has a Jadlog point no more than 500 meters away, although it did not set a definite timeline for achieving this.
What PUDOs are
PUDOs are part of the Jadlog Pickup network and operate at partner businesses where consumers can pick up, ship, or return parcels, even outside regular business hours. The company's CEO, Bruno Tortorello, noted that reaching the entire national territory was an important stage in building the network, and that the goal now is for people to have a point increasingly closer to their home, workplace, or places they frequent.
Efficiency and sustainability
According to the company, this out-of-home logistics model allows deliveries and pickups to be concentrated at partner businesses, reducing trips and vehicle traffic in urban centers, with a positive impact on CO2 emissions and noise pollution. Tortorello highlighted that the Pickup system offers greater convenience and flexibility to consumers and contributes to a more efficient and sustainable logistics operation.
E-commerce context
Jadlog's expansion comes amid strong growth in Brazilian e-commerce. According to a survey by Neotrust cited by Transporte Moderno, the sector recorded 756.7 million orders in the first half of 2026, up 34.8% from the same period in 2025, while revenue grew 16.9% to R$ 208.4 billion and the average ticket fell 13.3% to R$ 275.50. The company also expanded its processing infrastructure with the opening, in May 2026, of Nexus 87, an automated logistics hub in the Perus district of São Paulo, with an investment of R$ 200 million, 20,000 square meters of operating area, 87 dock doors, and the capacity to process more than 18,000 parcels per hour.
Global integration
Jadlog's Brazilian network is integrated into the Pickup model of the European group Geopost/DPD Group, which acquired 100% of the carrier in 2021 and brings together more than 150,000 PUDOs and lockers worldwide. In Brazil, the company operates a dedicated ground fleet of more than 2,300 trucks and trailers, in addition to 4,700 light commercial vehicles, complemented by commercial and cargo air transport to serve nationwide distribution.
