Oceania Cruises unveiled an extensive collection of European itineraries for 2027 and 2028 that includes, for the first time, a full winter season in the Mediterranean aboard the Oceania Allura. The program comprises 17 voyages between November 2027 and March 2028, ranging from nine to 26 days, calling at destinations such as Barcelona, Rome, Athens and Istanbul.
Company Statement
Jason Montague, Chief Luxury Officer of Oceania Cruises, noted that Europe is one of the most beloved cruise regions among guests and that the line aims to offer sailing opportunities throughout the year. According to Montague, the expanded range of options, from week-long getaways to longer voyages across the different seasons, allows guests to experience Europe at their own pace.
Destinations and Port Stays
The program combines iconic capitals such as Rome, Paris, London, Barcelona and Istanbul with lesser-known ports such as Golfo Aranci in Sardinia, Gythion and Skiathos in Greece, Kotor in Montenegro, Taranto in Puglia, and Çanakkale, the gateway to the ruins of Troy. It also features overnight stays and extended port calls in places such as Bordeaux, Hamburg and the Florence, Pisa and Tuscany region.
Onboard and Onshore Experiences
The offering includes small-group shore excursions focused on local history, culture and traditions, along with the line's Culinary Discovery Tours in the Adriatic and the Ionian, which combine visits to markets and family-run producers with chef-led lunches highlighting regional ingredients.
Featured Voyages
Highlighted itineraries include the 10-day 'Atlantic Wine Trails' between Lisbon and London aboard the Oceania Insignia departing April 24, 2027; the nine-day 'Mysteries of History' between Rome and Istanbul aboard the Oceania Sirena departing May 24, 2027; the 13-day 'Glacial Adventure' between Copenhagen and Reykjavik aboard the Oceania Marina departing July 26, 2027; and, as part of the winter season, 'Warm Winter Wonderland' and 'Iconic Art & Architecture,' both operated by the Oceania Allura between Athens, Barcelona and Rome.
