L'Imad Holding Announces Tender Offer for 100% of AD Ports Group at USD 1.7
L'Imad Holding Company, a sovereign investor from Abu Dhabi, has notified its intention to launch a voluntary and conditional public tender offer for 100% of AD Ports Group through its subsidiary ADQ. The offer is USD 1.7 per share, representing a 23% premium over the closing price of USD 1.39 on August 14, 2026. ADQ currently owns 75.42% of the company.
