New Sunat Superintendent: César Luna Victoria León takes office

Lawyer César Luna Victoria León assumed office as the new National Superintendent of Sunat after being sworn in by the President of the Judiciary, Janet Tello Gilardi. Appointed by Supreme Resolution N.° 027-2026-EF published on August 6, Luna Victoria León has over 47 years of professional experience in Tax Law. During his tenure, he will prioritize the formalization of micro and small businesses and lead the digital transformation of tax administration.
