Peak Season Surcharge (PSS) from Japan & South Korea to West Africa (WAF)
Maersk is implementing a Peak Season Surcharge (PSS) of USD 200 per container on routes from Japan & South Korea to West Africa, effective from 02-July-2026 until further notice. The surcharge applies to all 20DRY, 40DRY, and 45HDRY container types across multiple West African destinations including Nigeria, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Angola, Cameroon, Senegal, Liberia, Sierra Leone, and Mali, among others.
