Brazil Boosts Port Infrastructure with Legal Certainty and Project Portfolio
Minister Tomé Franca highlighted in Santos that Brazil is experiencing a moment of infrastructure expansion thanks to legal certainty, market confidence, and well-structured projects. The Port of Santos handled 92.8 million tons in the first half of 2026. The Tecon Santos 10 project could increase container capacity by approximately 50%.
