Riviera Launches Agent Support Desk on Riviera Explorer
Riviera Travel announced the launch of a Support Desk feature within its Riviera Explorer travel advisor learning platform on June 7, 2026. The new support function provides travel advisors with faster assistance on bookings, platform support, incentives and trade-related questions through a centralized hub. According to Stuart Milan, president of North America for Riviera Travel, the addition strengthens the experience by ensuring advisors have tools, information and support in one intuitive place while evolving learning modules to reflect new product updates and incentive opportunities.
