SAAM Towage Orders Second Tugboat from Asenav as Part of its Fleet Expansion and Renewal Plan

SAAM Towage announced the construction of a second tugboat at Asenav, a 32-meter long RAstar 3200W design with a bollard pull capacity exceeding 80 tons. The vessel will feature FF1 certification and equipment for operations at liquefied natural gas (LNG) terminals. Both units will reinforce SAAM Towage's fleet in Canada, consolidating the strategic alliance between the Chilean shipping company and the shipyard.
