London Thamesport introduces fuel surcharge amid diesel cost increases
Hutchison London Thamesport implemented an Emergency Fuel Surcharge effective 1st of June 2026 at GBP 5.25 per import laden container, levied to the customs declarant. The charge reflects increased diesel costs and is reviewed monthly. For August, the surcharge was revised downwards to GBP 4.74 per import laden container, with a further review scheduled on or around the 15th of August 2026.
