Orbia begins operations at T-MEC Terminal Puerto del Norte in Matamoros

T-MEC Terminal Puerto del Norte has started receiving cargo from Orbia Fluor & Energy Materials in Matamoros as part of the commencement of its regular operations. The cargo consists of aluminum trifluoride destined for the port of Pecém, Brazil. The merchandise travels 84 kilometers from Orbia's plant to the terminal, where it is stored awaiting the vessel. Simultaneously, Boskalis is conducting maintenance dredging from September 18 to 25, 2026.
