Port of Santos Museum promotes inclusive Libras visit for people with hearing impairment

The Port of Santos Museum held an inclusive visit on Tuesday (22) to promote its Libras (Brazilian Sign Language) service, one of the accessibility initiatives presented during its 37th-anniversary celebration. The visit, organized with the Congregação Santista de Surdos (CSS) and Centro de Inclusão Educacional para Surdos (Cies), included a live Libras interpreter. After the special visit, participants explored the Port of Santos navigation channel via a technical catamaran tour. The event was a collaboration between the Port Cultural Complex Advisory, the Santos Port Authority (APS) Diversity Committee, and the accessibility social tech company ICOM.
