Carnival Tropicale booking opens for 2028 Galveston service launch
Carnival Cruise Line has opened bookings for Carnival Tropicale, the 5th and final Excel-class vessel, under construction at MEYER WERFT in Papenburg, Germany. The ship will debut from Galveston on April 15th, 2028, operating 4-, 5-, 6- and 8-day cruises to the Caribbean, The Bahamas and Mexico. The vessel will feature new family-oriented attractions including Sunsation Point, Carnival WaterWorks Ultra with 6 waterslides, and dining concepts such as Emeril's Coastal Seafood developed with Chef Emeril Lagasse.
