MSC Baltic III: Removal Reaches 50% of Total Tonnage
The Canadian Coast Guard confirmed that the removal work of the container ship MSC Baltic III has reached 50% of its total tonnage. On September 9, 2026, a large part of the bow section was removed, totaling approximately 5,700 tons. Contractor Resolve Marine continues to harpoon and push the structure during high tides to take advantage of greater buoyancy.
