ITI Promotes Traditional Gastronomy Contest in Jorge Inostroza Neighborhood
The gastronomic contest "Flavors with History: Recipes from the Jorge Inostroza Neighborhood" was held, promoted by the Quiero Mi Barrio Program, the Municipality of Iquique, Inacap, and Iquique Terminal Internacional (ITI). The event featured emblematic dishes such as arrollado de mono, picarones, and pantrucas stuffed with llama meat. Jorge Soto, a member of the Eugenio Soto Florido Club, won first place with his picante de locos.
