Two Indian Seafarers Missing After Drone Attack on Black Sea Cargo Vessel
The Palau-flagged cargo vessel AGN Ragnar was struck by three drones on 25 July while transiting the Bystre Channel in the Black Sea. Two Indian crewmembers remain missing following the attack, while seven crew members, including two other Indian nationals and a pilot, were safely evacuated by the Ukrainian Coast Guard. The Indian Embassy in Ukraine is monitoring the situation as search and rescue operations continue.
