Almería Executes €30 Million in European Funds for Sustainable Ports

The Port Authority of Almería is executing €30 million in European funds secured since 2023 through 13 projects with a total investment of €70 million. According to President Rosario Soto, six actions are completed, and the remaining seven are expected to conclude by 2029. Projects include the onshore power supply line (€15.5 million), the expansion of Muelle de Pechina (€26 million), and photovoltaic plants to achieve a zero-carbon footprint by 2027.
