L'IMAD to Submit Cash Offer for AD Ports Group Shares at AED 6.25
AD Ports Group announced that L'IMAD Holding Company PJSC, through its subsidiary ADQ, intends to submit a voluntary conditional cash offer to acquire up to 100% of the company's shares not already held by ADQ. L'IMAD currently owns 75.42% of AD Ports Group. The offer price of AED 6.25 per share represents a 23% premium to the last share price close of AED 5.10 as of August 14, 2026, and a 95% premium over the listing price of AED 3.20 on 8th February 2022.
