Carnival Partners with Sneaker Impact for Fleet-Wide Shoe Recycling Program
Carnival Cruise Line launched a shoe recycling initiative with Sneaker Impact, becoming the first cruise line to partner with the Miami-based organization. The program collects unwanted shoes from guests and crew across the U.S. fleet, diverting them from landfills. In July, five ships kept more than 500 pairs out of landfills; scaled across the full fleet, the initiative could give new life to approximately 50,000 pairs annually.
