Diana Shipping secures time charter for m/v DSI Polaris at US$18,000 daily rate
Diana Shipping Inc. announced a time charter contract for its Ultramax vessel m/v DSI Polaris with Dai An Ocean Shipping Company Limited at a gross rate of US$18,000 per day, minus 5.00% commission, for a period from May 1, 2028 to June 30, 2028. The charter commences September 25, 2026, and is expected to generate approximately US$10.37 million in gross revenue for the minimum scheduled period. The 60,404 dwt vessel, built in 2018, will replace the current Cargill Ocean Transportation charter.
