Samsung Heavy Industries orders tank design for four LNG carriers from GTT Energy

GTT Energy announced in the third quarter of 2026 that it received an order from Samsung Heavy Industries shipyard for the tank design of four new Liquefied Natural Gas Carriers (LNGCs) with a capacity of 200,000 m³ each. The vessels, equipped with GTT's Mark III Flex+ membrane containment system, will be built for a European ship-owner and are scheduled for delivery in 2029.
