The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection appointed Tatiana Ferreira as chief sales officer, based in Fort Lauderdale and reporting to President/CEO Ernesto Fara. With more than 25 years of experience across luxury retail and hospitality, Ferreira brings expertise in commercial strategy and customer experience. She previously served as VP retail development for the Americas at Louis Vuitton, where she increased customer satisfaction scores by 50% in less than a year.
