Atlas Ocean Voyages expands Antarctica fly-cruise expeditions for 2027-2028
Atlas Ocean Voyages is expanding its Fly the Drake Expeditions for the 2027-2028 Antarctica season with six departures across two expedition styles. The Drake Express Expedition features seven-night round-trip voyages from King George Island with private charter flights between Punta Arenas, Chile, and Antarctica, bypassing the traditional two-day Drake Passage crossing. The Drake Fly & Sail Expedition combines sea travel through the Drake Passage with return flights. Every itinerary includes private charter flights, one-night hotel accommodations in Punta Arenas, and six full days exploring Antarctica through Zodiac safaris and guided landings led by a 17-member Expedition Team.
