Lima, Callao, Ica, and Arequipa with Greater Conditions for Special Economic Zones
Ceplan identified Lima, Callao, Ica, and Arequipa as the regions with the most favorable conditions for the development of Private Special Economic Zones (PSEZ). During the presentation of the regulations for Law N° 32449, President Giofianni Peirano highlighted that these zones represent an opportunity to strengthen national competitiveness, attract investments, and promote sustainable productive transformation in the country.
