Matthew Leech Resigns as Ports America CEO; Scott Anderson Takes Over as Interim

Ports America announced the resignation of Matthew Leech as CEO after four years in the position. Scott P. Anderson, Chairman of the Board of Directors since 2024, will assume the role of interim CEO with immediate effect. Leech will support the transition in the coming weeks. During his tenure, the company made progress in safety, service execution, and operational performance across its more than 30 ports and 70 locations in the United States.
