TPS and Ultraport Launch Competency Certification Program in Valparaíso

Terminal Pacífico Sur (TPS) and Ultraport have jointly launched a labor competency certification project for middle management at the Port of Valparaíso, certified by ChileValora. TPS will include 29 workers in Bonus Shift roles, while Ultraport will certify 80 employees. The process includes theoretical and practical stages, with external evaluation by MG Certifica, aiming to recognize professional experience and raise operational safety standards.
