MTC receives 20 modular bridges in Paita to ensure northern connectivity ahead of El Niño phenomenon
The MTC received 20 modular bridges at the Paita Port Terminal, distributed in 15 containers, to reinforce connectivity in the north in anticipation of the El Niño phenomenon. The operation, coordinated with DP World and Hapag-Lloyd, utilized the Callao–Paita Maritime Humanitarian Corridor, avoiding 160 land trips. Private operators covered the costs of storage, terminal use, and sea transport.
