Konecranes Portal AI Assistant now available globally for equipment and service management
Konecranes Portal AI Assistant is now available globally to Industrial Service & Equipment customers. The tool helps users connect equipment and service information, including sensor data and inspection findings, to recommendations from the Konecranes Lifecycle Engine. According to Johannes Grönroos, Head of Konecranes Customer Portals, the assistant enables maintenance managers to identify priorities and compare service spend across assets or locations while maintaining security and data privacy.
