Carnival Cruise Line launches The Next Course dining expansion for 2027-2028 newbuilds
Carnival Cruise Line introduced The Next Course, a comprehensive culinary expansion featuring four new specialty dining concepts and multiple beverage venues debuting on Carnival Festivale in 2027 and Carnival Tropicale in 2028. The programme serves over 6 million guests annually with more than 100 million meals. Enhancements include Emeril's Coastal Seafood, Uku Lei Lei, Fetaccine, and Le Bistro Musicale, alongside fleetwide dining improvements across existing vessels.
