Ultraport Creates Servantis to Segment Port Operations Services
Ultraport has initiated a restructuring process to segment its business lines by creating Servantis, a company that will take over mechanized operations. Matías Ormazábal will lead Servantis, focusing on Terminal Graneles del Norte (TGN), Mejillones, Centinela, and Teck, while Pedro Brain will direct Ultraport in multipurpose branches such as Arica, Angamos, Valparaíso, Coquimbo, and Punta Arenas.
