PVSA and Valparaíso Maritime Governorate Hold Safety Seminar on Port Operations
Puerto Ventanas S.A. (PVSA), a subsidiary of the Sigdo Koppers group, together with the Regional Committee for Education and Dissemination of Safety in Maritime Activities (Coredsamar), held the seminar 'Mental Health and Disaster Resilience in the Maritime-Port Sector'. The Maritime Authority, the Institute of Occupational Health (IST), and Senapred shared experiences on prevention and response to contingencies. Luis Fuentes, Sustainable Operations Manager at PVSA, highlighted that risk management and organizational resilience are strategic capabilities for anticipating and responding to disruptions.
