Railway track recovery advances after cargo train accident in Chiguayante
EFE Sur completed clearance work after the derailment of a Fepasa cargo train on Saturday, May 9, at Chiguayante station, where nine wagons left the tracks. The company plans to resume passenger train operations on Tuesday, May 12, on one track, with complementary work at night. General Manager Nelson Hernández Roldán confirmed that the work is progressing according to the established plan.
