First Ship-to-Cruise LNG Bunkering Performed in the Port of Naples

Axpo carried out the first LNG bunkering operation for a cruise ship in the Port of Naples, supplying fuel to Princess Cruises' Sun Princess via the Green Zeebrugge barge. The operation, a result of collaboration between the Port Authority of Naples, the Central Tyrrhenian Sea Port System Authority, Terminal Napoli SpA Corporation, and Carnival Corp, marks a milestone in the development of alternative fuel services for Italian maritime transport.
