Within the website of the Secretariat of Agriculture, Livestock, and Fisheries of the Ministry of Economy of the Nation, the section "El Niño 2026-2027 Climate Event" is now active, where producers will be able to follow all information related to the climate phenomenon in an updated manner.
It includes weekly meteorological monitoring reports prepared by the Directorate of Agricultural Risk and Emergencies, technical recommendations for producers prepared by INTA and SENASA, the state of water reserves, and the potential impact of the phenomenon on crops.
The initiative is part of the action plan launched in response to El Niño, with the aim of achieving operational coordination that helps optimize resource use, streamline response times, and ensure joint action in the face of adverse events.
