The Argentine Naval Prefecture informs owners of vessels with a gross tonnage equal to two that, within the framework of Ordinance 01-26 of the Navigation Security Police Directorate, they will have a period of two years, expiring on August 27, 2028, to re-register their vessels in the corresponding jurisdictional registries.
The measure applies to vessels with a gross tonnage equal to two that are currently registered in the 2nd Group (minor merchant vessels), 3rd Group (fiscal vessels) or in the Special Yacht Registry (R.E.Y.).
The procedure is simple, fast, convenient and can be carried out at the Argentine Naval Prefecture office chosen by each owner.
To submit the application, "Form No. 3" must be completed, available at formulario and an office must be chosen, which will issue a new Certificate of Enrollment according to the place of registration.
