Virgin Voyages unifies Group Booking Program for travel advisors
Virgin Voyages launched a consolidated Groups program on June 3rd, combining previous booking structures into a single framework for travel advisors (First Mates). The program offers two categories: Small Groups (8-16 cabins, 120-day recall) and Large Groups (17-75 cabins, 150-day recall). Advisors can hold up to 75 cabins without deposits, with fares locked at creation time. Benefits include Group Bar Tab (US$50-US$200 depending on voyage length) and choice between complimentary cabins or 2% additional commission. A limited-time promotional offer through 30 June 2026 provides one complimentary cabin per 12 booked instead of 16.
