Brasília, 10/16/2026 – The National Waterway Transportation Agency (ANTAQ) has extended the deadline for submitting contributions to Public Subsidy Collection SRG nº 2/2026, which addresses solid bulk transshipment (barge to ship) operations, until 11:59 PM on October 30, 2026.
The initiative seeks to gather contributions, subsidies, and suggestions on the Preliminary Regulatory Impact Analysis (AIR) Report related to Topic 1.3 of the 2025–2028 Regulatory Agenda. Users and agents of the waterway sector, as well as other interested parties, can participate.
The subsidy collection is a public participation instrument that allows society to contribute information and suggestions to support the Agency's analysis and development of regulatory proposals.
How to participate
Contributions must be submitted exclusively through the electronic form for Subsidy Collection SRG nº 2/2026, until 11:59 PM on October 30. Submissions sent by other means will not be accepted.
Digital images, such as maps, plans, and photographs, may be sent to the email srg@antaq.gov.br, provided that the participant is identified and respects the established deadline. The content of the contributions, however, must be obligatorily registered in the specific fields of the electronic form.
Received contributions will be made available on the ANTAQ portal.
