Port of Ilhéus handles magnesium oxide in unprecedented operation

The Port of Ilhéus handled magnesium oxide for the first time, with a shipment of 8,700 tons (6,500 from RH Magnesita and 2,200 from Ibar) destined for the Port of New Orleans in the United States, transported by the vessel Eva. The operation, managed by Codeba, represents cargo diversification and the opening of a new commercial front for the terminal.
