Paul Ludlow assumes Cunard presidency as Carnival UK restructures leadership

Carnival UK announced a restructuring of its leadership team, with Paul Ludlow taking on the Cunard presidency in addition to his roles at Carnival UK and P&O Cruises. Katie McAlister moves to a newly created position as chief commerce officer for Carnival UK, responsible for digital commerce, guest contact centre, and sales channels. The changes aim to establish cross-company teams for faster decision-making and deeper collaboration while maintaining the distinct identities of both cruise lines.
