Fonafe appoints presidents and directors in nine public companies
Fonafe appointed presidents and directors in nine public companies through Board Agreement N.° 001-2026/017-FONAFE published on June 18, 2026. The appointments include Hialmer Saturnino Ordinola Calle in Grupo Distriluz and Gerardo Manuel Fernández Farfán in San Gabán S.A., both from Minem. Likewise, directors were appointed in Electro Sur Este, Electro Puno, Enaco, Corpac and Serpost, representing Minem, MEF, MTC and PCM. The appointments were approved at the board meeting on June 12, 2026.
