Carnival Cruise Line Monitors Tropical Storm Threat to Gulf Coast Operations
Carnival Cruise Line is monitoring tropical storm Bertha, which threatens to impact Gulf Coast operations. The Carnival Breeze, departing from Galveston on Thursday for a four-night Western Caribbean cruise to Cozumel, is among vessels potentially affected. Brand Ambassador John Heald confirmed no operational changes at press time, though the Fleet Operations Center continues tracking the system. The Carnival Dream and Carnival Jubilee are also scheduled for Galveston turnaround calls. Royal Caribbean similarly adjusted the Navigator of the Seas itinerary, cancelling a planned Ensenada visit due to West Coast conditions.
