Adnoc L&S Invests USD 1.3 Billion in Acquisition of 11 Vessels

Adnoc Logistics & Services plc announced the acquisition of five Very Large Gas Carriers (VLGCs) and six Very Large Crude Carriers (VLCCs) for USD 1.3 billion. Nine of the vessels will be delivered in the third quarter of 2026, while two newbuild VLGCs will arrive in the fourth quarter of 2026. The investment aims to expand gas and crude oil transportation capacity to support the integrated value chain of the Adnoc Group.
