New CEO appointed at SOHAR Port and Freezone effective October 11
Dr. Raid Al Rubaiey will assume the role of CEO of SOHAR Port and Freezone effective 11 October, succeeding Emile Hoogsteden after more than four years in the position. Fabio Grandchamp, former Chief Operating Officer of the Port of Pecém in Brazil, has been appointed Deputy CEO. Emile Hoogsteden will serve as an advisor until the end of the year. SOHAR Port and Freezone is a joint venture between the Port of Rotterdam Authority N.V. and the Sultanate of Oman (ASYAD Group).
