Karl Holz: From Disney Cruise Line President to Advisor for Saudi Arabia's Cruise Ambitions
Karl Holz, who spent 22 years at Walt Disney Co. as Disney Cruise Line president before retiring in 2018, now serves as senior advisor at McKinsey & Co., advises Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund, chairs Aroya's board, and directs AmaWaterways. Since 2021, he has guided Cruise Saudi's development and recently stepped down from Aman at Sea after overseeing the Amangati newbuild contract. Holz continues mentoring industry leaders while maintaining an active lifestyle in Orlando, Florida.
