Hornbeck Secures Multi-Year North Sea Decommissioning Contract
Hornbeck Offshore Services announced that its subsidiary Helix Well Ops (U.K.) Limited has secured a multi-year decommissioning contract with a major North Sea operator. The contract commences in the second quarter of 2027 with a firm duration of two years and customer extension options. Hornbeck will perform riserless plug and abandonment operations using the Well Enhancer or Seawell vessels, delivering an integrated solution including ROVs, saturation diving, and engineering services.
