Norwegian Gem to Launch Philadelphia Homeport Operations in April 2028
Norwegian Cruise Line's Norwegian Gem will debut in Philadelphia in April 2028, launching year-round operations with seven-night cruises to Bermuda featuring visits to Norfolk and Royal Naval Dockyard. The deployment marks the company's third consecutive summer season in Pennsylvania and continued service following the Norwegian Jewel's return to the homeport earlier this year after a 15-year hiatus. Two additional ships—Norwegian Luna from New York City and Norwegian Breakaway from Boston—will also offer Bermuda cruises in 2028.
