Heritage Adventurer will sail the South Pacific next March

Heritage Expeditions' round 11-day "Tropical Islands of Fiji, Samoa and Tonga" voyage departing the Port of Lautoka on March 14, 2027, also explores the remote French overseas territories of Wallis and Futuna.
Lautoka is a short drive from Nadi International Airport, making the voyage easily accessible to overseas travellers, and it is approximately a four-hour nonstop flight from Sydney.
An archipelago of more than 300 islands, Fiji is an ideal starting point to discover the beauty and cultures of the South Pacific.
In Fiji passengers will be invited to join a "meke" that combines music, dance and chanting to tell stories of ancient legends and to join a traditional kava ceremony.
In Samoa there is the sacred Taualuga dance and the opportunity to learn about author Robert Louis Stevenson.
Tonga is a Polynesian kingdom of more than 170 islands, many uninhabited, with the main island, Tongatapu, home of Nuku'alofa and the waterfront Royal Palace.
Throughout the voyage there will be visits to local villages and markets, insights into World War II history and extraordinary wildlife above and below the water.
Returning to Fiji, Heritage Adventurer will sail around Fulaga, a crescent-shaped reef-limestone island in the Lau Group, approximately 321.9 km from Viti Levu.
Passengers will also be able to explore the rainforest and waterfalls in Bouma National Heritage Park on Taveuni Island.
This expedition includes the option to join a sea kayaking excursion with an expert guide.
