Viking Dagur Joins European Fleet With 190-Guest Capacity

Viking's newest river ship, Viking Dagur, has officially joined the fleet after being built at Meyer's Neptun Werft shipyard in Rostock-Warnemünde, Germany. The 190-guest vessel will operate on the Rhine, Main and Danube rivers. The ship features 95 staterooms with Scandinavian-inspired design and signature features including a patented square bow and indoor-outdoor Aquavit Terrace. Viking expects to welcome 21 additional river ships by 2028, expanding its fleet to 114 river ships by that year.
