MSC expands tugboat operations on five continents
MSC has expanded its presence in port tugboat services through acquisitions and strategic alliances, now boasting approximately 1,100 to 1,200 tugboats across five continents. This expansion includes MedTug, the alliance with Boluda Towage, and the acquisition of control of Wilson Sons in Brazil. These operations strengthen MSC's involvement in vessel support services and allow the group to participate in various points of the logistics chain.
