Honduras Invests USD 624 Million in Modernization of Puerto Cortés

Nasry Asfura supervised the progress of the USD 624 million investment in Puerto Cortés, carried out by Operadora Portuaria Centroamericana. The project includes the acquisition of new gantry cranes and the modernization of docks 4 and 5, with completion expected by the end of 2027. The initiative aims to increase operational capacity and strengthen Honduras' competitiveness in international trade.
