The Secretariat of Agriculture, Livestock, and Fisheries of the Ministry of Economy of the Nation reports that beef exports between January and June of this year reached 411,705 tons carcass weight equivalent, marking a 10% increase in volume compared to the same months in 2025. Likewise, it showed a 44.7% growth in value, reaching 2,202,059 thousand dollars in the same period.
Among the main destinations, China stands out, concentrating 53% of shipments; followed by the United States (19.5%); Israel (10%); and the European Union (9.1%).
Furthermore, exports for the month of June totaled 78,990 kilograms carcass weight equivalent, representing a 5.7% increase compared to the same month in 2025.
